1) Where do your clothes come from?

     Our clothes come from local parents whose kids have out-growned or never worn them.

2) What condition are your clothes in?

All items on our store are in either new, like-new or excellent gently-used condition. We carefully inspect each item under special lightning.

We check each item for the following:

  • In style
  • Working zippers
  • Pilling
  • Stains
  • Holes
  • Tears/Rips
  • Fading/Discoloring

 

3) What brands do you sell on your online store?

We only carry quality brands that you know and trust. You can find brands like Crewscut, Gap, Gymboree, Mini Boden, Hanna Andersson, Joe's, Mud Pie, Old Navy, Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom and the like on our online store.

4) What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

5) Is it safe to buy on your site?

Absolutely! We use PayPal as payment gateway so it's very secure.

 6) Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required by law to charge 10.25% sales tax to orders delivered in California.

7) Can I return the items bought from you?

Yes. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us. Please make sure items are in their original condition with tags still attached. Please see our Return Policy.

Selling To Us

As of today, we only buy from the local communities. We will update this section once we have the capacity to buy from other communities nationwide.
